Good For The Month of September Only!
Finally, an affordable practical way to make your horse's hay rations last longer.
The unique design of The Grazer Hay Feeder makes sure your horse only grabs a small amount of hay with each bite,
This helps lengthen the time it takes to eat.
This also helps reduce boredom as it takes 2-3 times longer for horses to eat their rations.
Wall hung hay racks allow dust and small particles to potentially get in your horses eyes. (Not Good)
The spring loaded Grazer Hay Feeder mounts at ground level, creating proper feeding posture,
reduceing boredom, lessening dust inhalation and more!
The Grazer HayFeeder brings natural grazing action to your stall to provide horses with their most primitive need...
The Need To Graze.
Throwing hay on the floor of your horses stall, allows them to "route" thru it, pushing it around the stall,
stepping and peeing all over it which causes waste.
Using the Grazer Hay Feeder greatly minimises this problem - no more wasted hay!
The grazer can hold up to 2 flakes of a 3 string bale from California which is nearly 1/2 bale from the east coast.
(If you feed twice a day, it holds enough for each feeding.)
The Grazer is made with 12 gauge galvanized sheet steel, weighs 69lbs,
Comes with 6-bar grate with 2 1/2" spacings.
Gauge: 12
Assembled Dimension:
27.75 L x 27.75 H x 12” W

Testimonial
"Through its unique and innovative design, this product allows the horse to mimic natural grazing in a stall environment- eating more slowly in a head-down position. I recommend it!"

"was very pleased and surprised at what a short time it took for the product to reach my doorstep. very speedy and efficient. Really am glad I bought this product, seems to have helped my horse in its feedings." Vicky Parker 24 Dec. 2008
"Thought you'd be interested to know, we tried a Grazer this week on one of the horses in our stable. He gets pickie about his hay. When we throw it on the floor, he roots thru it looking for the "good stuff" and ends up stepping all over all of it in his search, making 25% of it unfit to eat. (In his mind anyway - some of our other horses were glad to eat his scraps.)Using the Grazer - he still initially spits out what he doesn't want at first, but it doesn't get ruined so he goes ahead and eats it later when he gets hungry again. NO WASTED HAY AT ALL!!! And - it takes at least twice as long to eat his normal ration of hay. (Last night I put an extra flake of hay in, and this morning there was still hay in the feeder.) I love it !

My horse has been using 'The Grazer' for about a month now. He was wasting a lot of his hay from strewing it around in his
stall and then pooping or peeing on it. The Grazer has eliminated this waste and has also kept him occupied longer. This unit
allows only smaller bits of hay to be consumed at a time, therefore, allowing the hay to last longer. I liked it so much I bought
another one for my other horse who inhales his hay. It seems to keep them busier and they have to work at getting their food like
they would grazing out in the field. This helps with boredom in the winter months. I feel better that they are being kept busy.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a horse in a stall. It is easy to use, does not take up that much space,
and is priced lower than other models that I have seen on the Internet.

So how does it work?
The end panels support the springs that pull a plate up from the bottom. As the horse feeds, the amount of hay lessens and the bottom plate is pulled upwards, providing your horse with endless hours of feeding.
FAQs on The Grazer
How much hay does it hold? Holds 2 flakes of a 3 string bale from California, which is nearly 1/2 a bale from the East Coast. (If you feed twice a day -easily holds more than enough for one feeding.)
Is there a bigger model?
Sorry no, this is the only size we make.
Can 2 horses share one?
That depends on the horses and your judgement. Most need one to themselves.
How big are gaps between the feed-through grate?
There is a 4" opening on each end of the grazer grill to allow for easier grazing by the horse. The space between each of the middle bars is 2.5" wide.
Does the grazer need to be secured to anything?
Yes, it needs to be attached to a fence or wall so the horse can pull against it to get the hay out. It comes with brackets for wood fences/walls or pipe corrals.
Why are the sides so high?
The end panels are supporting the springs that pull up the bottom plate.
How does the horse get the hay at the bottom?
The bottom plate is pulled up by the springs in the leg so the hay comes to the horse.
