 Freight

Unless otherwise noted, all freight charges, [both to and from you ] are your responsibility.

Prices listed are for shipping to one address in the lower 48 states of the U.S.A.

Shipments outside continental U.S.A. (If possible.) will incure additional charges. If customer does not arrange and confirm shipping before placing an orders, we will bill you seperately for the actual additional shipping and handling charges.

PRIVACY

We will not sell or otherwise share any of your information with anyone....Period. (Unless required by law enforcement.)

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you feel your item was broken or was missing parts before it was shipped, notify us immediately. We will work with you to determine whether to get a new part or product.

If your item is damaged in transit, it will be your responsibility to contact the carrier   [ UPS,USPS,FedX etc. ]  to file a claim. If you have any trouble with that, of course, we'll try to help.

We offer great quality products at great prices. We stand behind our products, pictures, and descriptions. We guarantee that all our products are free of manufacturers defects. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before returning it. We deal with several suppliers and will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to send the returns. Items which are returned to us without our pre-approval will not be accepted, and will be returned to you at your expense. Any returns, refunds or exchanges must be initiated within 3 business days of your recieving the item and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  ALWAYS KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOXES , SHIPPING LABELS, PACKING MATERIALS AND MANUALS CLEAN AND IN TACT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP THE PRODUCTS!
